In-home care designed to help people remain safe, supported, and comfortable at home.

With nearly 20 years of experience, we understand that every situation looks a little different. Some families need a few hours of support each week. Others are navigating long-term care needs, recovery after hospitalization, or the challenges of caring for a loved one with memory loss or limited mobility.

Our role is to help families better understand their options and feel confident moving forward.

Crystal HomeCare provides in-home services for seniors and individuals with disabilities across the Kansas City area. Whether families need daily support, help navigating caregiver programs, or nursing oversight at home, our team works closely with each client to understand their needs and coordinate the right level of care.

Family Caregiver Programs

Programs that allow loved ones to provide care at home.

Many families prefer receiving care from someone they already know and trust. Crystal HomeCare helps eligible families navigate programs that allow qualified caregivers, including certain family members, to provide in-home support.

These programs are designed to help individuals remain safely at home while giving families more flexibility and involvement in the care process.

Consumer Directed Services (CDS)

Consumer Directed Services allows eligible individuals to choose their own caregiver for personal care, transportation, and day-to-day support services. In many cases, this may include a trusted friend or family member.

Our team helps guide families through enrollment, caregiver requirements, care coordination, and ongoing case management.

Structured Family Caregiving

Structured Family Caregiving supports adults living with Alzheimer’s disease or related dementia who require ongoing supervision and care at home.

This program is designed for caregivers who live in the home with the participant and provide ongoing daily support. Caregivers receive training, support, and guidance while caring for a loved one in a familiar environment.
