Missouri Medicaid Services
We accept Missouri Medicaid, including Healthy Blue, for eligible home care services and caregiver programs.
Eligibility is determined through the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS) based on medical need, program qualifications, and functional assessments approved by the state.
VA Benefits & Veteran Care
We work with veterans and their families seeking in-home support through available VA benefits and programs.
Veterans may be able to request Crystal HomeCare as their preferred provider through their VA care team or primary doctor. Our team can help families better understand available services and referral pathways for care at home.
